About me

I am a dedicated social worker with over 10 years’ experience in development work. I am an experienced trainer and manager that have diverse teams in planning and implementing  community projects both in rural and urban communities, have expertise in project planning, team management, budget management and problem solving. I am a result-oriented person that has managed both short term and long-term projects that impacted the lives of our clients economically, socially, mentally and politically.  Have proven skills in male and female  engagement trainings, advocacy, sanitation marketing, business skills, gender core concepts and gender laws. Hold organizational policies and safeguarding values. I am somebody personate about  self-initiative that promotes social justice and community development.
