I got my tertiary education at Njala University (2010-2014) and I graduated with Bachelor of Science with Honors in Public Health with a credible result of division two (2) and also have a professional certificate in infection prevention and control. I have work with several organizations and companies where I have gained my professional experiences.

At District Health Management Team- Bombali, I served in the capacity as Emergency Surveillance officer and senior case investigator for both holding and treatment centers during the Ebola outbreaks in Sierra Leone. During this period, I was able to investigate all cases and communicated it with the other team like the data inputting centre, contact tracers, case management team, alert desk and the burial team just to track and record all cases. District Surveillance Officer) At Medicus Del Munndu-Spain, I served as Community Health Officer responsible for the training of PHUs Staff in the area of Infection Prevention and Control as this help to protect the staff, the patient and the community.

The achievement at this level was greater because the motive of that employment was for the PHUs staff to understand what IPC is really about, as this can help the PHUs staff how to prevent, control and treat all communicable diseases. After I have successfully implemented my roles and responsibilities as a community health professional, the PHUs staffs were able to understand what (IPC) really stands for. After the PHUs staff have understand the precautionary measures needed for the prevention and control of communicable disease, it was adopted by them and they are practicing it today which served as an achievement. At Sierra Leone Produce Marketing Company (SLPMC) Ltd, I served as Operational Manager ICS responsible for the company operation and hope of having a certificate that will add value to the company life in the Cocoa and coffee international market. After several years of establishment, the company has made several attempts to ECOCERT the certification body without getting the certificate. When I took over the office, the company was able to achieve its goals with proper implementation and today, they are certified to compete with other produce companies in the cocoa and coffee markets worldwide. Achievements isn’t only limited to what you have but also look at what you have done for others to gain their full- time potential.
