With over 10 years of experience in agricultural extension, value chain development, and rural community engagement, I am confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully to your team and deliver impactful results.
I hold a Degree in Business Administration and Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management and have served in both technical and leadership roles on donor-funded agricultural development projects. My experience includes facilitating farmer-based organizations, training smallholder farmers on best practices, and supporting agribusinesses with market linkages and post-harvest management. I am particularly skilled in developing inclusive value chains for crops such as cocoa, coffee, rice, and vegetables, while promoting gender equality and climate-smart agriculture.
