About me
Andrew Marcus Goba is the name, I am a results-driven development professional with over seven years of experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and community development across Sierra Leone. I holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Njala University and has served in progressive roles with reputable organizations including the International Rescue Committee and SEED-SL. My core strengths lie in program implementation, child development, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and data-driven decision-making.
I have successfully supervised multi-sectoral programs, tracked performance indicators, and led training sessions for staff, partners, and community members. My work in M&E includes data collection tool development, database management, outcome assessments, and report writing. I am known for promoting accountability, learning, and continuous improvement in program delivery.
In my role as Senior Program Officer, Andrew spearheaded community mobilization and secured additional funding to expand child-focused initiatives. I have also represented his district in technical working groups, aligning local efforts with national frameworks and donor standards.
