Facilitator

Responsible for supporting community groups and stakeholders to effectively participate in project activities and achieve intended outcomes. The role involves mobilizing beneficiaries, coordinating training sessions, and providing technical guidance to strengthen capacity at community and institutional levels. Key responsibilities include facilitating trainings and sensitization sessions on topics such as cooperative formation, agribusiness development, financial literacy, and value chain improvement. Work closely with Farmer-Based Organizations (FBOs), cooperatives, aggregators, and local authorities to promote participation, ownership, and sustainability of interventions. supports field implementation by supervising activities, monitoring progress, collecting data, and preparing regular reports. They identify challenges during implementation, propose practical solutions, and ensure that activities align with project objectives and timelines. Additionally, the Facilitator promotes inclusive participation, ensuring women, youth, and vulnerable groups are actively engaged in all project processes.

Project Officer

Was responsible for day-to-day project implementation, field coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Worked closely with the Project Manager/Coordinator to ensure activities are implemented according to the approved work plan, budget, and logical framework, while maintaining high standards of accountability, transparency, and impact.

Psychosocial Officer

Was responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring psychosocial support (PSS) activities at community and field levels. Effectively worked closely with beneficiaries, community structures, and partner institutions to deliver appropriate psychosocial interventions, referrals, and capacity-building activities, in line with national guidelines and international best practices.

District WASH Officer

Was responsible for the day-to-day implementation and supervision of WASH activities, ensuring technical quality, community participation, and compliance with national standards and donor requirements. Worked closely with communities, government institutions, contractors, and partners to deliver sustainable WASH services.

Community Management of Acute Malnutrition Monitor

Was responsible for routine field monitoring, data collection, verification, and reporting on project activities and indicators. Worked closely with community health workers, project staff, health facilities, and beneficiaries to ensure interventions are delivered as planned and meet quality standards.
