About me
I am a trained gender and development specialist with a strong background in child protection, livelihoods programming, women and youth empowerment, local governance and economic development. My experience in emergency response and the EBOLA response was an added strength. My professional experience also spans the areas of Community Managed Microfinance, curriculum development and programme design and management.
I have strong analytical and report writing skills and expertise in administration, human resources, monitoring and evaluation, and agricultural value chains. He has served in various leadership and technical roles with organizations including AWEN-SL, AFCI/WHH, SILPA, FAWE, and CDA, supporting community empowerment, employment promotion, and poverty alleviation initiatives. Skilled in project planning, staff supervision, and capacity building, I have a proven track record in promoting youth and women’s participation, financial inclusion, and climate-smart agriculture.
I am capable of managing teams of people working on specific projects within tight timelines. Have represented organizations worked with at international platforms be it for workshops to defend concepts notes or to develop joint multi-year / regional proposals

• Plan, coordinate, and implement all activities under the women empowerment project, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Support capacity building through training, mentorship, and skills development programs for women and girls.
