Richard Goba is a BSc graduate in Agricultural Education with a wealth of experience working with various non-governmental organizations in Sierra Leone.
He is a committed and dedicated professional, known for his strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. His academic background and practical experience equip him well to coordinate agricultural programs with a focus on education, extension services, and community engagement.

I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Education, from the then Njala University College, Njala Mokonde I participated in Development Education in Leadership Training for Action, DELTA, by Community Animation Teams, CAT, through CARITAS, at the Inter –Territorial Pastoral Centre Kenema. I participated in Non-Violent Communication, by a Consultant from Switzerland. I have a Certificate in Community Animation, supported by UNICEF by Dr. Tilac Karatna I also completed an Online Course in Essentials for Strategic support, from Atlanta Georgia, while I was working with Care Sierra Leone. While with the United Nations F A O, implementing the Italian Trust Fund Project on FOOD SECURITY through COMMERCIALIZATION of AGRICULTURE (F S C A)in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, based in Kabala, Koinadugu District, I participated in the following Training Workshops: Certificate in COMMERCIALIZATION in Agriculture.
