Agricodeexpo Sierra Leone is the national arm of Agricodeexpo Inc., a global movement dedicated to bringing youth back to the farmland by combining agriculture, innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership development.

Founded on the belief that the future of Africa lies in its youth and its soil, Agricodeexpo Sierra Leone is a vibrant platform for transformation—equipping young people with the skills, tools, and mindset needed to thrive in today’s world while building a sustainable future through agriculture.

Our Mission in Sierra Leone

Our mission is to empower youth across all districts of Sierra Leone to see agriculture not just as survival, but as innovation, business, and leadership. We believe that when young people are given the right environment and knowledge, they can turn small seeds into revolutions—on farms, in classrooms, and in communities.

What We Do

• Youth Agricultural Bootcamps – hands-on training to teach sustainable farming, agribusiness, and green innovation.
• School Outreach Programs – engaging students with farming tools, tech workshops, and leadership mentoring.
• Tech for Agriculture Workshops – exposing youth to digital tools, mobile farming apps, and agritech startups.
• Community Events & Exhibitions – showcasing local farming innovations and youth-led agricultural products.
• Leadership & Entrepreneurial Training – developing the next generation of servant-leaders and rural changemakers.

Our Structure

Agricodeexpo Sierra Leone is led by a Country Coordinator who oversees a national team of regional and district coordinators, supported by volunteers, school ambassadors, and program coordinators. This decentralized approach allows us to remain deeply connected to grassroots realities while pushing forward a national agenda for youth empowerment and food system transformation.

Our Impact Goals

By 2030, Agricodeexpo Sierra Leone aims to:

• Train and empower over 50,000 youth across all 16 districts.
• Establish youth-led agricultural hubs in every region.
• Build bridges between traditional farming and modern innovation.
• Help reduce unemployment and rural migration by creating agribusiness opportunities.
